Your main roles and responsibilities
- Strategically develop the digital marketing strategy, including planning and managing international marketing initiatives
- Implement advanced KPI frameworks and dashboards for data-driven management and optimization of digital campaigns, as well as the creation of meaningful performance reports
- Utilize AI-powered marketing tools, for example, for campaign optimization, content creation, and automation of marketing processes, as well as the evaluation of new marketing technologies
- Identify digital trends and further develop digital initiatives with a focus on lead generation, lead management, and conversion optimization
- Oversee the SEO strategy and tracking management, including optimizing organic visibility in search engines and managing JENTIS tracking
- Further develop the CRM system (SAP Sales Cloud) in close coordination with other departments
You’re the perfect fit for these tasks if
- you have completed training or a degree in marketing, business administration, communication, or media studies
- you have 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing
- you have a strong interest in AI tools (SEO with Claude, marketing automation, etc.)
- you enjoy implementing digital campaigns in regional and international markets
- SEMrush and Screaming Frog are familiar to you
- you are proficient in setting up and analyzing web analytics tools, particularly Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and data visualization tools
- you have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ideally JavaScript
- you can derive actionable insights from large datasets
- you can easily communicate and actively contribute in German and English within an international team

- A gross annual salary for a 38.5-hour workweek starting at 37,500 EUR—with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and experience
